About TRounds
TRounds is a HIIT and Tabata interval timer for iOS. It was built because most timer apps are either bloated with features nobody asked for, paywalled behind subscriptions, or cluttered with ads that interrupt your training. TRounds is none of that.
The app ships with preset workouts for Tabata, HIIT, boxing rounds, and CrossFit intervals. You can also build fully custom timers with configurable work periods, rest periods, rounds, warm-up, and cool-down. Every session is tracked automatically so you can see your training history, streaks, and weekly volume at a glance.
Why It Exists
I train with intervals almost every day — boxing rounds, Tabata finishers, EMOM work. I tried a dozen timer apps and kept running into the same problems: too many taps to start a workout, no offline mode, mandatory accounts, or ads playing mid-round. So I built TRounds to be the timer I actually wanted to use.
The goal is simple: open the app, pick a workout or build one, hit start, and train. No account required. No internet needed. No data leaves your device.
